Our community has easy access to several local veterinary offices for any of your pet's needs. PetSmart is nearby for your pet's favorite food, treat, or toy. Our community will also feature a dog park area with benches, so your pet has time to run and play while you sit and have a friendly chat with your neighbor.

A pet deposit is $300 per animal, which is fully refundable at move-out if no damages are incurred from the pet.
Pet rent of $15 monthly per pet is required.
No more than two (2) pets are allowed per apartment.
Villas Del San Xavier has breed restrictions for dogs.

Unacceptable breeds are Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Bull Terrier, Chow Chows, Wolf-Hybrids, Doberman Pinschers, Bulldogs, or any other aggressive nature or mixes of these breeds.

1. Animals must have vaccination records and be registered with the city.

2. All pets must weigh no more than 25 lbs. at full growth.

3. All pets must always remain on a leash when outside of the apartment, with no exceptions.

4. Pets are not to remain on the outside patio for an extended length of time. Pets should be crated inside the apartment when residents are not home.

5. Prohibited Animals/Reptiles are as follows:

a. Tarantulas, Reptiles (Snakes, Iguanas), Skunks, Squirrels, Racoons, Rodents (Rats or Mice), Pot Belly Pigs, or any other farm or exotic pets.

Residents should understand that a lease violation will be given if any of these rules are violated. Residents may be asked to remove pets by Management if any of these rules are violated. If a pet causes damage to the apartment unit, such damages will be deducted from the pet deposit. If damages exceed the pet deposit amount, the resident must pay damages before vacating the apartment.

Villas Del San Xavier will allow assistance animals, which are defined as animals that work, help, and perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability or provide emotional support to alleviate identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability. These animals, often referred to as assistive, service, support, or therapy animals, perform many disability-related services, including but not limited to guiding individuals who are blind, alerting individuals who are deaf, providing minimal protection or rescue assistance, pulling a wheelchair, fetching items, alerting persons to impending seizures or providing emotional support to persons with disabilities who have a disability-related need for such support. No pet deposit or pet fee is required for assistive animals. Specific animal, breed, number, weight restrictions, pet rules, and pet deposits will not apply to households with qualified service/assistance animal(s). If an accommodation for assistive animals causes a financial and/or administrative burden to Villas Del San Xavier or becomes a danger to the safety of the other residents or staff, it will be asked that the assistive animal be removed by the Resident.
